Terms & conditions

The short version: we sell body-safe sexual wellness products to adults in the UK, we describe them honestly, and we treat you the way we would want to be treated. The longer version is below.

01 / Who we are

Gal Pal is a UK sexual wellness shop, female-founded in Glasgow in 2018. You can reach us at info@galpal.co.uk.

Gal Pal is the trading name of GALPAL LTD, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC576181. Registered office: Clyde Offices, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP.

02 / Using this site

You must be 18 or over to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

We work hard to describe every product accurately. Colours can render differently between screens, and manufacturers occasionally update packaging or minor details.

03 / Orders and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error - if that happens, you will not be charged, or you will be refunded in full.

04 / Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only. Standard delivery is £3.99, free on orders over £50. Most orders ship within one working day, in plain brown packaging under a sender name that does not mention gal pal. You will receive a Royal Mail tracking link once your order is on its way.

05 / Returns and refunds

We offer 30-day returns on unopened items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of an opened intimate product unless it is faulty - if something arrives damaged or stops working, we will replace or refund it. To start a return, email info@galpal.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are made to your original payment method once the return is received.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

06 / Product use

Our products are intended for adult personal use. Please read any instructions supplied with a product before use. Nothing on this site is medical advice - if you have a medical concern, speak to a healthcare professional.

07 / Our content

The writing, photography and design on this site belong to Gal Pal or our licensors. Please do not reproduce them without asking us first.

08 / Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

09 / The legal bits

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction - though if you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

If we update these terms, the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
