Plain packaging, quick dispatch, and clear help if something goes wrong.

Delivery

UK delivery is £3.99, and free on orders over £50. Orders usually ship within one working day, and you will get a Royal Mail tracking link once yours is on its way.

Packaging

Every order ships in plain brown packaging with no gal pal branding visible. The sender name on the label does not mention gal pal, and card statements show a discreet descriptor rather than our name.

Gifts

Sending a gift? The packing slip shows no prices, and nothing on the outside of the parcel says gal pal. You can add a note at checkout to tell us it is a gift.

Returns

30-day returns on unopened products. If something is not right, get in touch and we will sort it. Tell us your order number and what happened, and we will take it from there.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened intimate products, unless the product is faulty. If it is faulty, that is on us - contact us and we will replace or refund it.
