How do I find the right lingerie size?
Always check the size guide on each product page - lingerie sizing varies considerably between brands and even between styles within the same brand. Measure yourself accurately and compare to the guide. When between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer call for comfort.
Are returns accepted on lingerie?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened lingerie. If a piece is unworn with all hygiene tags intact, we accept returns within 30 days. If it does not fit when you try it on, contact us within 7 days for an exchange where possible.
How should I wash lingerie?
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, or use a mesh laundry bag on the delicate cycle of your machine. Lay flat to dry. Avoid the tumble dryer, which damages elastic and lace. Anything sheer or with detailing benefits from extra care.
Do you stock plus-size lingerie?
Yes - many of our pieces go up to 5XL. Use the Plus-size filter pill above to view only plus-size options. We stock from brands that take inclusive sizing seriously, not as an afterthought.
Can lingerie be worn under regular clothes?
Bodysuits work beautifully under high-waisted trousers or skirts. Bralettes layer well under tees and shirts. Sheer pieces are typically too delicate for daily wear under clothes - they belong in their own moment.
